Indian Head Massage Training
1 Day Indian Head Massage Course
Indian Head Massage
A therapeutic massage of the head, neck, shoulders and face. The movements – derived from the Indian healing lines and developed over many centuries – are still used successfully today. This massage achieves a deep sense of relaxation, mental calming and balance of the body’s energy. It is particularly effective for sufferers of migraine, poor concentration, sinus disorder and stress related symptoms. This treatment helps to relieve neck, shoulder and muscular pains. The Indian Head Massage is performed with the client in a sitting position or laying and fully clothed, making it possible to carry it out using very little equipment and in an environment which need not be totally private.
